RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Breezova, we want every order to bring comfort, confidence, and joy to your family. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Tags and hygiene liners must remain attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging

Non-returnable items:
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Products showing signs of wear or washing

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@breezova.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after your return is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
